“Woman, auburn hair, editorial lighting” is a class of people, not one person. Each sample draws a new instance unless you condition on a locked identity.

Swap beach for gym, add a smile, change the lens — unconstrained generators often move the nose, age, or body along with the scene.

Why this is a product page, not a listicle

What is AI character consistency?+
The same face, body proportions and visual identity across many generations — different poses, clothes, cameras and eventually video. Without it you have AI images, not an influencer.
What is identity drift?+
The slow (or sudden) change of facial structure, age, or body as you vary prompts. It is the default behavior of unconstrained image models.
Is a character sheet enough?+
A sheet helps humans and some reference workflows. Production accounts still need the identity attached to every generation — Genome plus dataset — not a PNG you paste into Discord.
